Product description
KLOW Blend is a multi-peptide research compound supplied by BIOSTACKS as a lyophilized powder. It consists of four synthetic peptide components — BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, and GHK-Cu — for use in in vitro laboratory research settings. This compound has not been authorized by Health Canada for any therapeutic, clinical, or human use.
How to use it
Each vial arrives as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in a research setting. Add the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then swirl gently until clear — never shake. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated and use within 28 days.
Open the step-by-step reconstitution guideStorage & stability
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperatures for 30 days and indefinitely at −20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C in the original vial and use within 28 days. Keep the vial out of direct light and avoid repeated temperature swings and agitation.
Quality & testing
Quality and purity tests are performed on random batches, covering identity (mass spec), purity (HPLC) and endotoxin results.

About KLOW
In controlled laboratory environments, the KLOW Blend enables researchers to examine how multiple peptide pathways interact simultaneously. Each component contributes to distinct yet overlapping mechanisms, creating a comprehensive model for studying recovery and regenerative signaling:
BPC-157 (10mg) – studied for its role in tissue repair signaling, angiogenesis models, and cellular recovery pathways
GHK-Cu (50mg) – explored in collagen synthesis, gene expression, and dermal remodeling research
TB-500 (10mg) – investigated for cell migration, cytoskeletal dynamics, and tissue regeneration models
KPV (10mg) – studied for its involvement in anti-inflammatory signaling and immune modulation pathways
This synergistic combination allows researchers to explore how coordinated peptide activity enhances biological response compared to isolated compounds.
The KLOW Blend is extensively utilized in studies focused on cellular repair, wound signaling pathways, and extracellular matrix remodeling. By integrating multiple peptides with complementary functions, researchers can analyze how combined signaling influences fibroblast activity, collagen turnover, and structural tissue integrity. These models are particularly relevant in advanced recovery and regeneration research.
FAQ
Common questions
Each vial contains lyophilized peptide, sealed under vacuum with a butyl stopper and aluminum crimp cap. Bacteriostatic water is sold separately.
Store the sealed vial at 2–8°C in a dark environment. After reconstitution, keep refrigerated and use within 28 days.
Yes — every batch ships with a signed COA showing HPLC purity, mass spec confirmation, and endotoxin results. Download the sample COA above.
Larger vials offer the same peptide at a lower per-mg cost. Reconstitution volume scales linearly with size.
